Just a 15-minute walk to the captivating old city of Toledo, the location made it incredibly easy to explore historical sites without the hefty price tag that often comes with staying right in the heart of the action. The rooms, while modestly sized, boasted a clean and comfortable environment, complete with standard amenities like a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. What stood out the most, however, was the welcoming attitude of the staff; they were immensely helpful, ensuring we felt right at home. Although we were disappointed by the absence of a refrigerator and some details like the lack of a door lock on the bathroom, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially considering the affordable rates. For fellow history buffs traveling with companions, I can confidently recommend this hostal as a solid choice when visiting Toledo.
